Contacting the School

Contact with the School Office

The registrar should be contacted for matters relating to transport and liaising with teachers. The accountant is responsible for financial matters.

Teacher Contact

For routine matters relating to your child’s academic progress and classroom activity, please bring your concerns to the attention of the homeroom teacher. All teachers are available to deal with parental concerns. Parents are asked to make an appointment with the teacher outside of classroom time. Appointments can be made over the telephone, through the homework diary, or in person. Teachers will not come to the phone during lesson times.

When dealing with classroom concerns, parents are asked to discuss the matter with the homeroom teacher first. If necessary, the matter can be taken up with the Elementary or Secondary Principal after discussion with the teacher.

Contact with Principals

The Elementary Principal, Mr Hugh Williams, This e-mail address is being protected from spambots.
