LIST Student Council

LIST’s Student Council provides leadership opportunities and gives students real responsibility for making things happen within the school. Participation in the Student Council is open to all students from Year 7 to Year 13 and is made up of a representative from each year, elected by his/her peers, and a president elected by all students in Years 7 to 13.

Comprising of thirteen students and a teacher, Lanna Student Council helps make students' school life more interesting and enjoyable by providing them with various activities and events. Students are able to socialize and interact with each other through activities such as fund raising, awareness raising events, parties, and much more...

This year the Student Council hosted a Welcome Back Party at school, with professional DJs and Instant Body Messages! The party was very successful, with students attending from year ten and above – from LIST and from other Chiang Mai international schools.

The Lanna Student Council is actively involved in making changes for the benefit of the school; aiming to make it a more sustainable school and an increasingly pleasant place for the students. With new members and attitudes, this year’s student council will maintain its role as an integral part of the school.
