Year 11 take a well deserved break

Year 11 - adventurous types... At the end of the last school year Year 11 went along to Thailand's no.1 tourist attraction - The Flight of the Gibbon; a world class zip line adventure located near Chiang Mai. We were accompanied by our homeroom teachers - Mr Kip and Mr Roland. The zip wires are incredibly high and pretty scary, especially for those of us who are scared of heights. Our homeroom teacher, Mr Roland, got stuck in the middle of the 800 meter swing at one point and we all had a good laugh at that. Despite the bridge crossing, which was like an Indiana Jones movie, we all lived. There was one part where they were hanging us from our backs and it seemed like we were flying like superman. We had a very memorable day in the jungle and faced our fears as a team. Experiences like this make education at Lanna a fun and challenging experience that takes us out of our comfort zones and pushes us to new heights. Let's do it AGAIN!
