Magdalen College School Oxford and CIEO Bring New School to Bangkok
LANNA International School is thrilled to announce the upcoming launch of a transformative educational venture in Bangkok, Thailand, Magdalen College School Oxford International-Bangkok. This exciting new school is a collaborative project between the renowned Magdalen College School Oxford and CIEO, the school group that LANNA is a proud member of. This partnership brings together Magdalen College School Oxford’s nearly 550-year legacy of educational excellence and CIEO’s over 25 years of cultivation in international education across Asia.
Magdalen College School was founded in 1480 as part of Magdalen College, Oxford University. Over the past 500 years MCS has developed a deep connection to Oxford University and has a long tradition of academic excellence. As a leading independent school, around 25% of MCS graduates are accepted into Oxford and Cambridge universities each year. Alumni include Nobel prize winners, Tom Hunt and Kenneth Wilson, and a long list of scholars, war heroes, musicians, Olympians, a Hollywood film director and a saint. Magdalen College School Oxford International-Bangkok will reflect MCS’ academic excellence and CIEO’s experience in cultivating international education across Asia.
