Applicants for teaching roles must hold, at minimum, a Bachelor’s degree and full valid teaching certification from their home country e.g. PGCE or B.Ed (TEFL/TESOL/CELTA only candidates will not be considered for employment). Please note that the degree must be directly related to the post that you are applying for. A strong preference is given to candidates who have shown a pattern of involvement in extra-curricular activities. Overseas teaching experience is preferred, but not required.

The Lanna international teacher package includes:
- Bupa Thailand medical insurance coverage.
- Free education for two of your children (“yours” by birth or legally adopted), and half fees thereafter.

Early Years Teacher
For the coming academic year, beginning August 2019, we are in need of a fully qualified, experienced, and dedicated Early Years Teacher to join our experienced and hard-working teaching team. The successful candidate will teach one of our classes and work collaboratively with other teachers teaching the EY program.
Our Early Years department has become a popular place for parents to send their children to give them foundational skills before entering our Primary School at Lanna.
The school promotes high standards in all areas, not just academics. As such, you will be expected to take a full and active role in the life of the school; not only within your classroom. Primary School English Support (ESL) Teacher

Lanna International School is looking for effective Primary School English Support teacher to join our team. This position is well suited to an appropriately qualified educator who has the ability to work in a variety of age ranges throughout the Primary School.
The successful applicant will have experience providing deliberate and appropriate scaffolds and differentiation to ensure students can access curricula. They will possess an ability to assess students’ academic language proficiency and identify students needs using standardised testing tools and deliver appropriate instruction in small group and co-teaching settings.
They will develop supportive and positive relationships with all members of the Lanna community and demonstrate effective and innovative teaching strategies in line with the school’s beliefs around pedagogy. They must have the ability to collaborate with colleagues in the planning process to develop stimulating and rich learning engagements.
The position requires contribution to the school’s extra-curricular activities programmes and participation in continued professional development activities to extend current knowledge and practices. Furthermore, they must be willing to add capacity to the team through the sharing of ideas, practice and expertise. Experience in the Cambridge/British curriculum is preferred but not essential.

The responsibilities include: To provide reception and administrative duties to the primary campus and/or the secondary campus. Meeting and Greeting all visitors to the school. Checking AQI monitor daily and providing information to relevant staff. Ensuring Thai National Anthem is played at the same time every day. Booking travel and accommodation arrangements for teachers and staff. Providing administrative support to both the primary and secondary school as required. Responsible for mail both incoming and outgoing. Responsible for Health and Accident Insurance. Responsible for the safeguarding and promotion of the welfare of children and young people at Lanna International School. Responsible for reporting any safety related issues to appropriate member of staff.
Lanna International School is looking for a multi-talented and energetic Thai national who is skilled at videography, photography, and associated high production value video and image editing.
The successful candidate will be producing quality photos/videos for our website, print, social media, etc. from start to finish. They will be expected to plan, manage, prioritize, and schedule projects with minimal supervision, and meet deadlines. The ideal candidate will be organised, outgoing, have good communication skills, and will also possess an eye for visual composition and an attention to detail. They must also be willing to work flexible hours (including occasional evenings, and weekends in order to be available at school events and/or trips, as required).
We can supply all equipment: camera, video camera, computer, and appropriate editing software. This is an entry-level post that for the right candidate could be an excellent opportunity to develop a high-quality portfolio of work in a professional setting. The initial contract will be for a 3 month fixed term, with a possibility of extending to a permanent contract for the right person.
